Bolsa de Santiago has announced that the Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros (SVS) has approved the demutualisation and new statutes of the Exchange.
The Exchange will continue with the implementation of the new statutes within the next 60 days, including the regulations and the Rulebook for Brokers.
