The Financial Supervisory Service (FSS) have published supervision regulations in relation to public disclosure of securities on 9th April 2017.
The purpose of the Regulations is to prescribe matters concerning the issuance and public disclosure of securities and special exceptions for listed corporations, among matters delegated to the Financial Services Commission (FSC) by the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act, the Enforcement Decree of the Act, and the Enforcement Rule of the Act, and matters necessary for the enforcement thereof.
