The Vice-Chairman of the FSC ( Korean Securities Regulator) has publicly stated that the FSC has decided to allow the South Korea naked short selling of bonds. In an interview with the Financial Times, FSC vice-chairman Kwon Hyouk-se said that the new rules were aimed at improving the depth and liquidity of the Korean market.
