The Kazakhstan Central Securities Depository has announced amendments to Rules of Execution of Depository Activities (the Rules) have been approved by the decision of the Board of Directors of Central Securities Depository JSC (the Central Securities Depository) at the meeting held on December 30, 2015.
The amendments have been made to the Rules in connection with introduction of new instruments of the National Bank’s money and credit politics.
An effective date of the amendments will be set additionally.
The amended rules have yet to be published on the Depositories website.
