On the 26th September 2017, the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) made changes to its Listing Rules. The changes were ratified by the decision of the Board of Directors of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange on the 25th September 2017.
The changes apply to No.25 of the Regulation which concern the issuer’s obligations under the securities issued by it” or “obligations under securities”. This change coincides with another Amendment made in June concerning “Listing Fees”. Furthermore, changes have also being made to the Regulation on the terms of commercial provision of exchange information.
At present the updated Listing Rules are only available in Russian and Kazak.
