On 5th February 2018, the Central Securities Depository (KACD) made Amendments to the Rules on Depository Activities.

The changes concern the Registration of Financial Instruments by the Depository with specific reference to what types of instruments can be registered.

The changes will be effective on February 23rd, 2018.
