On the 4^th August 2016, the Regulating Directives for Trading in Unlisted Securities for the Year 2016 and Listing Securities Directives for the year 2016 will come into force. Pursuant to the above mentioned directives the Over – The – Counter (OTC) Market will be introduced at the Amman Stock Exchange (ASE).
