On 2nd March 2018, Nagoya Stock Exchange amended part of the “Listing Securities Listing Regulations” (Only available in Japanese).
The changes mean that a company can be delisted if it does not have an adequate number of shareholders on the record date. This record date is defined as being the last day of the company’s business year, on which a general meeting of shareholders occurs. This amendment is effective on 31st March 2018.
