JAPAN: Financial Services Agency Signs Letters on Cooperation with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia

On June 10, 2015, the Financial Services Agency and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia exchanged letters on the sharing of their experience and expertise. In view of the growing globalization of the world’s financial markets, this exchange of letters (EOL) intends to strengthen cooperation between both authorities in order to promote sound development of financial regulatory mechanisms.

Based on the EOL, both authorities intend to exchange their experience and expertise for the purpose of enhancing legal and regulatory frameworks as well as financial markets in both countries.
