JAPAN: Financial Services Agency Exchanges Letters on Co-Operation with the Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates on Banking Supervision&nbsp

On June 17, 2015, the Financial Services Agency and the Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates (CBUAE) exchanged letters on co-operation in the area of banking supervision. In view of the growing globalization of the world’s financial markets, this Exchange of Letters (EoL) intends to strengthen cooperation between both Authorities in order to ensure the soundness of the financial system in both countries.

Based on this EoL, the Authorities intend to continue/enhance the cooperation.
