On March 26, 2015, the Financial Services Agency (FSA) proposed a draft regulatory notice designating securities which are exempted from Tradable Securities defined under Article 163 of the “Financial Instruments and Exchange Act (FIEA).” These securities were specified by the Commissioner of the FSA pursuant to Article 67-18 (4) of the “Financial Instruments and Exchange Act (FIEA).”
