On 25th July 2014 The Financial Services Agency and the Thailand Ministry of Finance signed the Exchange of Letters for Cooperation (EOL).

The exchange of letters provides a formal basis to establish a cooperative relationship between the two authorities. Both authorities will work on sharing experience and information on legal/regulatory framework and developments relevant to financial products and financial markets.
