CONSOB have announced the prohibition of short selling in ASTALDI shares (ISIN code: IT0003261069) on the MTA, a regulated market organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., for the entire trading day of 2nd October 2018.

CONSOB have clarified that the above-mentioned prohibition does not apply to the activity of market making.
