Monte Titoli have published amendments to the Central Security Depository and Settlement Services Instructions in order to clarify some operational aspect of the services.

In view of the reactivation of the penalty system for the lack to deliver securities, while keeping unchanged the percentage distributed to the in bonus participants it is specified that, due to higher costs for the management of the procedure, Monte Titoli will entirely retain the current difference of 6% between applied and distributed penalties.

The amendments entered into force on the 18 April 2016.
