ITALY: CONSOB responds to query concerning extent of measures prohibiting covered Italy short selling in certain financial stocks

The Italian Regulator, CONSOB, has replied to a query as to whether the roll over of futures contracts are covered by the recent Italy short selling prohibitions stating that the roll-over of future contracts is allowed in order to maintain the old position.
