Computershare spa and Symex Economics SA have been authorised to exercise systems for the disclosure of regulated information.
Computershare and Symex Economics are consequently registered in the list, established and kept by Consob, of subjects that manage a system of regulated information.
The start date of the activity of these systems for the dissemination of information is scheduled for 3rd November 2014.
Computershare had already been authorised by Consob on 9th April 2014, to exercise the regulated information storage mechanism. This system began operating on 19th May 2014.
