ITALY: Bank of Italy publishes user guide and accreditation request form for reporting of net short selling positions in sovereign debt under EU Short Selling Regulation

Further to the update of the 22^nd October 2012, the Bank of Italy has published an accreditation request form to be completed after initial registration on the Bank of Italy’s online portal, INFOSTAT, designed for the reporting of net short positions in sovereign debt under EU Short Selling Regulation.
