The Irish Central Bank has published an updated guidance note (Volume 2.3) on regulatory reporting for Irish Authorised Investment Firms. The purpose of the guidance note is to provide information and direction to the Investment Fund’s Board of Directors / Management Company / General Partner, as appropriate, on the reporting requirements relating to the extension of the Central Bank’s Online Reporting System (ONR System) to Investment Funds.
Investment Fund returns addressed in the guidance include Annual Audited Financial Statements, Interim Financial Statements, Annual Sub-Fund Profile Return, UCITS Annual Update of Key Investor Information Document (KIID), UCITS Annual Financial Derivative Instrument (FDI) Return and reporting by an investment fund of suspensions, material breaches, material errors and significant matters.
