IRELAND: IFSRA revises UCITS Notices and Guidance Notes for Eligible Assets

The Irish Regulator has published revised UCITS Notices and related Guidance Notes (2/03, 3/03, 1/05, 2/07) in respect of eligible assets, derivatives and with regard to techniques and instruments, including repurchase/reverse repurchase agreements and stock lending, for the purposes of efficient portfolio.

This follows on from Consultation Paper 31 -Amendments to the UCITS Notices and related Guidance Notes concerning eligible assets for investment by UCITS and some other matters, which was issued on 20 December 2007.
