IFSRA has published the 9th edition of its Regulatory Connection publication. This can be found at the above link.

In the publication, there is an article on marketing of Irish non-UCITS collective investment schemes into the Netherlands and the new designation which means that Irish UCITS no longer need a separate licence to enter the Dutch market. The Regulatory Connection publication also contains a summary of the recent updates to the UCITS Guidance and Notices in respect of Amalgamation of Collective Investment Schemes and in respect of UCITS authorised in another Member State intending to market their units in Ireland.

Also in the publication, IFSRA consider their impementation of the CRD and of MiFID. A special Regulatory Connection publication will be published shortly setting out MiFID implementation timetables.
