IRELAND: Central Bank UCITS (Amendment) Regulations 2017 Published

The Central Bank UCITS (Amendment) Regulations 2017 were signed on the 27 July and are now in force.  They set out consequential amendments further to implementation of UCITS V as well as certain technical changes.

Although many of the amendments introduced under the regulation are technical in nature or clarify existing provisions of the CBI UCITS Regulations, it gives legislative effect to certain provided in Central Bank’s Guidance on Fund Management Companies which was published in December 2016.
