The Central Bank of Ireland has published an eighteenth edition of its AIFMD Q&A

Question ID 1100 has been amended to make reference to the publication of guidance entitled “Umbrella funds – cash accounts holding subscription, redemption and dividend monies”.

New questions ID 1101 and ID 1102 have also been added dealing with the Central Bank’s updated Guidance entitled “Umbrella funds – cash accounts holding subscription, redemption and dividend monies”.

A new question ID 1103 has been added dealing with the Securities Financing Transactions Regulation.
