On 16th February 2018, the Central Bank of Ireland’s Regulated Disclosures team began upgrading its document management and workflow system.

This update will affect submissions made under the Prospectus, Transparency and Short Selling legislative regimes.  While the changes are designed to have minimal impact on stakeholders, changes will be made in that “submission templates” will be required for most submission types. The main amendments concern:

  • User Testing of the new system;
  • Deployment of the Excel templates required with each submission that is currently planned for early April; and
  • Availability of website instructions related to the use of the Excel submission templates planned for 10 to 14 days prior to adoption.

It is anticipated that the new system will go fully live in mid Q2 2018.  Updates on progress and the procedural changes to the submission process will be provided on an ongoing basis.

In addition, an update on the new submission process will be provided at the Prospectus Regulations Stakeholder Meeting on 5th  March 2017
