IRELAND: Central Bank publishes AIFM Application Form and Guidance Note on Reporting

The Central Bank of Ireland has published its AIFM Application Form. The form should be completed in conjunction with the Central Bank’s AIF Rulebook, the European Union (Alternative Investment Fund Managers) Regulations 2013 (S.I. No. 257 of 2013) (‘the Regulations’) and the AIFMD Level 2.

A Guidance Note on Regulatory Reporting for authorised Irish investment funds has also been issued. Both publications are available for download on the website of the Central Bank.
