IRELAND: Central Bank published feedback on Central Bank Investment Firms Regulation

The Central Bank of Ireland today published its Feedback Statement in relation to Consultation Paper CP 97 – Consultation on Central Bank Investment Firms Regulations 2015.

The Central Bank Investment Firms Regulations will consolidate into one document, the conditions and requirements which the Central Bank imposes on certain investment firms. The CP 97 Feedback Statement outlines the various representations made in response to CP97 and the Central Bank’s intended policy approach in respect of those matters. The Central Bank intends to publish the Investment Firm Regulations and related Guidance in early 2017.
