IRELAND: Central Bank of Ireland publish second Edition UCITS Q&ampA

The Central Bank of Ireland has published a second edition of its UCITS Questions and Answers (Q & A) document designed to sets out answers to queries likely to arise in relation to UCITS. This document is designed to answer queries likely to arise in relation to the Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities (UCITS) directive.

This second edition of UCITS Q&A covers queries relating to investments in open-ended non-UCTIS investment funds, implementation of ESMA guidelines on ETFs and other UCITS issues as well as questions related to permitted markets for UCITS.
