Fund-Axis would like to draw your attention to a recently issued press release by the Central Bank of Ireland with regards to the ending of its Market Abuse Delegation Agreement with the Irish Stock Exchange. The agreement had been in place since 2005.
The ending of the delegation arrangement will result in the monitoring and investigation functions, formally undertaken by the ISE, being conducted by the Markets Supervision Directorate of the Central Bank.
