IRELAND: CBI Publishes UCITS Q&A

The Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) has published a UCITS Questions and Answers (Q&A) document designed to sets out answers to queries likely to arise in relation to UCITS. This first edition has been published in order to assist in limiting uncertainty.

The first half of the Document outlines answers to questions that arise in respect of investments in open-ended non-UCITS investment funds. The second half is concerned with Q & A in respect of the implementation of ESMA Guidelines on ETFs and other UCITS issues.
