IRELAND: CBI issues third consultation on Fund Management Company Effectiveness

The Central Bank of Ireland has issued a further consultation paper on Fund management Company Effectiveness (CP86- Third Consultation). The consultation addresses managerial functions, operational issues and procedural matters and sets out the work already undertaken by the Central Bank in relation to governance of fund management companies and outlines the proposed approach to compliance and supervisability issues.

Responses should be submitted to the Central Bank no later than 25 August 2016.
