On 19th April 2018, Nasdaq Baltic announced that it was having issues displaying and publishing issuer announcements such as stock notifications. Nasdaq claimed that these failures were caused due to technical barriers. This failure comes a day after the Baltic Exchanges experienced technical failures in its trading system which delayed the opening of trading.
Nasdaq Baltic has advised market participants to access regulated market announcements through the central regulatory information bases of the Baltic States: Latvia , Estonia , Lithuania .
