In order to regulate the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect business, protect investors’ legitimate rights and interests and prevent operational risk, Shenzhen Stock Exchange has drafted the Measures of Shenzhen Stock Exchange for the Implementation of Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect Program (Exposure Draft) and the Guidelines of Shenzhen Stock Exchange on the Management of Investor Suitability for Hong Kong Connect (Exposure Draft).
The Exchange now seeks public opinion on the Exposure Draft.
