FINRA has adopted a new electronic Form 211 for the purposes of compliance with FINRA Rule 6432 (Compliance with the Information Requirements of SEA Rule 15c2-11).

The form must be used by from the beginning on October 23, 2017. However firms have the option of voluntarily  using it from the 11th of September, 2017.
