The US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has asked for public comment on an application by Singapore Exchange Derivatives Clearing Limited for registration as a derivatives clearing organisation.
Comments should be submitted on or before 12th November 2013 and may be submitted electronically through the CFTC’s Comments Online process. The application documents and all comments received are available on the CFTC’s website.
