The Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) and the Guernsey Financial Services Commission (Guernsey FSC) entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to co-operate on supervisory matters, exchange of information, as well as to foster high regulatory practice in both jurisdictions.

This partnership reinforces ADGM’s commitment as an international financial centre to enhance and build stronger collaborations with global financial regulators and agencies. The agreement provides a framework for FSRA and Guernsey FSC to provide mutual assistance, exchange regulatory information and co-operate in supervision of cross-border establishments.
