The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) have published on the 13th July 2017, the Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers (Amendment) Regulations 2017.

This amends the Stock Brokers and Sub Brokers Regulations 1992.

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Regulations 1992, regulation 18C shall be omitted.
