The Securities and Exchange Board of India has amended the Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2009.

The regulations will be called the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018.

The new regulation shall result in the omission of Regulation 82, clause (c) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009.
