INDIA: Publication of updated India Consolidated FDI Policy

The Ministry of Commerce and Industry has published the updated India Consolidated FDI Policy, which consolidates into one document all the prior policies/regulations on India foreign direct investment which are contained in the Foreign Exchange Management Act 1999, Reserve Bank of India Regulations under the Foreign Exchange Management Act 1999 and Press Notes/Press Releases/Clarifications issued by the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion.
