Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing has published a revised list of Hong Kong short selling eligible securities, effective 17th July 2014.

Four securities have been removed from the short sale eligible list:

  • HSBC MSCI CHINA, stock code 3033
  • HSBC MSCI G DRA, stock code 3088
  • HSBC MSCI HK, stock code 3000
  • HSBC MSCI TW, stock code 3083

There are now 747 securities eligible for Hong Kong short selling.
