Since 6^th November 2017 the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) has been operating with extended trading hours. The After-Hours Trading session for Equity Index Products was extended to 1:00 am (next day).

The extension increases the overlap with markets in North America and Europe to give investors more time to respond to global market news and activities.

The After-Hours Trading session for Commodities Products and RMB Currency Futures is already operating until 1:00 am (next day).
