GUERNSEY: Guernsey Financial Services Commission issues guidance on Qualifying Investor Funds

The Guernsey Financial Services Commission has today issued guidance in respect of Qualifying Investor Funds. The purpose of the publication is to provide guidance on relevant issues relating to Qulaifying Investor Funds, due diligence issues that need to be considered by Guernsey licensed service providers to such funds and the information required to be submitted to the Commission in support of an application.
