GREECE: HCMC publishes forms for disclosure of Greece net short selling positions in shares and sovereign debt for EU Short Selling Regulation

The Greek Regulator, the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, has today published its forms for the notification of Greece net short selling positions in shares and sovereign debt for EU Short Selling Regulation. The forms should be addressed to Mr Champeou Athanasios and forwarded by both email to shortselling.hcmc@cmc.gov.gr and by fax to 210-3377108.
