GREECE: HCMC Greece imposes EUR4500 fine for breach of Greece major shareholding disclosure rules

The Greece Hellenic Capital Market Commission has imposed a fine of €4,500 on the French management firm LAZARD FRERES GESTION S.A.S. for breach of the rules on Greece major shareholdings disclosure pursuant to Law 3556/2007. Lazard Freres Gestion failed to make a notification of its change in major shareholding in Electroniki Athinion S.A. within the reporting deadline.
