The Hellenic Capital Market Commission has fined two entities for breach of the Greece major shareholdings rules.

Centric Holdings and an individual shareholder have been fined a total of EUR 30,000 for separate violations of Law 3556/2007. Centric failed to make a notification of changes, while the individual shareholder was late in notifying of a change in holdings.
