The Hellenic Capital Market Commission has fined an individual for breach of the Greece major shareholding rules.

Mr Yilippo Vryonis has been fined EUR15,000 due to a failure to announce a change of his holding in the voting rights of the company ATERMON DYNAMIC COMMUNICATION S.A., in violation of Law 3556/2007.
