GREECE: AIFMD Implementing Law published in Greek

As of 21st January 2014, the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission of Greece (HCMC) has published the implementing legislation of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD). The legislation is dated 21st November 2013 and is only currently available in Greek.
