It has been reported that Boerse Stuttgart retail investors are no longer restricted to the specified minimum denomination when trading bonds. Orders can now be adjusted in a series of increases e.g. an investor can now purchase EUR 12,000 of a bond that has been issued with a minimum denomination of EUR 10,000 and an increment of EUR 1,000. Before investors could only trade in multiples of the minimum denomination in this example EUR 10,000 steps.

This new arrangement can give bond investors greater flexibility over trading volumes. Investors are however still not able to trade bonds below a minimum denomination.

This information will be updated as soon as further details become available.
