GERMANY: BaFin publishes FAQs on EU Short Selling Regulation published

BaFin has published FAQs on the EU Short Selling Regulation. The FAQs concern the EU transparency requirements for net short positions, the bans for naked short sales and exemptions for market makers and primary dealers. The FAQs are not yet available in English.
