GERMANY: BaFin forwards English version of FAQs to the notification and publication requirements for holders of Germany net short selling positions

The German Regulator, BaFin, has circulated the English version of Frequently Asked Questions regarding the notification and publication requirements for holders of Germany net short selling positions.

The English version of the FAQs on the ban on Germany short selling are available here. Those on net short positions are available here and the FAQs on market making exemptions can be downloaded from here.

Furthermore, BaFin intend to publish these frequently asked questions on their hompage in the near future. These will be available via the link above.
