FRANCE: AMF publishes user guide for the notification of France net short selling positions under new EU Short Selling Regulation

Further to the update of the 22^ndOctober 2012, The AMF has published a user guide on the notification of France net short selling positions in accordance with the EU Short Selling Regulation of 1 November 2012. The guide offers step by step instructions on how to use the AMF’s online platform.
