FRANCE: AMF publishes updated Q and A on AIFMD

The Autorité des Marchés Financiers of France (AMF) has published an update to its Questions and Answers on the transposition of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD), which was originally published in November 2013.

A number of additional guidance questions have been added on registration and licencing requirements. The AMF has also published details of where to find the list of management companies which have been authorised under the AIFMD.

Any queries in relation to the transposition of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive can be sent to aifm@amf-france.org. Currently the updated document is only available in French.
